The Discovery Call is typically 30 minutes up to an hour conversation where you can ask questions about our offerings and get a glimpse of our expertise. We'll also provide valuable recommendations and insights related to your business challenges. If you decide to move forward, we'll work together to tailor a strategic plan and solutions that best fit your objectives, ensuring a successful partnership in achieving your business goals.

Coaching is an interactive experience where we discover your goals, passions and challenges and use them to help you achieve your goals and get over your obstacles. 

We offer one-on-one coaching, Group coaching sessions and can hold them in person or online.

• Each coaching session is 1 hour long and covers one identified/requested topic.
• One-on-one Coaching is a minimum of 8 sessions, 1 hour each.
• Group Coaching Sessions are designed according to requirement.

Mentoring works in 2 different ways:

1. One-on-one general guidance on all fronts, where one of our experts will spend 1-2 hours a day with you (4 days a week for 1 month), guiding you on all your daily tasks/challenges/inquiries that arise as you go.
2. One-on-one weekly recap sessions (2 days a week), where you gather all areas you are facing challenges with and your mentor will guide you through them and teach you the different skills required to tackle these challenges.

• Mentorship is subject to availability.
• Can be done in person or online.
• Minimum commitment is 1 month.

We work one-on-one to help clients unlock their potential, set and achieve goals, and navigate challenges. Our coaching sessions are focused on personal development, leadership skills, and enhancing decision-making abilities. Coaching is ideal for those looking to maximize their personal and professional effectiveness, build leadership skills, and overcome obstacles in their career or business journey.

While Business Consulting and Coaching serve different purposes, they often complement each other. Clients can choose the service that best aligns with their needs, or they may benefit from a combination of both, depending on their goals and challenges. Our Diagnostics Service is a specialized offering designed to identify and address various challenges our clients may be encountering in their businesses, whether financial, operational, logistical, or beyond. 

For minor issues, it involves a single session where the client explains the problem, and we conduct an initial examination. We then provide a diagnosis of the issue and recommend effective solutions.

In cases where more in-depth analysis is needed, such as complex bookkeeping challenges, our Diagnostics Service begins with an initial diagnosis. If the issue requires a deeper understanding and prolonged examination, we recommend our consulting services. These services enable us to dig deeper into the problem, conduct thorough research, and develop comprehensive solutions. We also assist our clients in implementing these solutions for sustainable growth and success.
