All purchases made through our website are for services and online/digital products. Once purchased, customers will receive access to the purchased services as outlined in the product description. 

b. Payment: 

Payment for services is due at the time of purchase. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, digital wallets, online payment gateways and buy now pay later options. 

c. Refunds/Returns: 

Due to the nature of our services being digital and intangible, we do not offer returns. We may offer exchanges, prior to sending any digital files to the customer. d. Cancellation: Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments for consulting, coaching, or mentoring services with advance notice of no less than 24 hours. The rescheduling is subject to availability.
