DS Consulting Club's Business Mentoring gives founders and entrepreneurs access to experienced business professionals who can share perspective, practical guidance and lessons learned from real business experience.
Mentoring provides a trusted space to discuss what you are facing, ask the questions you may not have anyone else to ask and benefit from the perspective of someone who understands the realities of entrepreneurship.

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM BUSINESS MENTORING
EXPERIENCE, OPEN CONVERSATION AND PRACTICAL GUIDANCE
Your mentoring relationship begins with understanding where you are in your business journey, what you are working towards and where experienced perspective could be most valuable.
From there, the conversation develops around the situations you are actually encountering. You might bring a decision you are considering, a challenge you are facing, an opportunity you are evaluating or simply something you want an experienced perspective on.
BRING THE REAL BUSINESS CONVERSATIONS
There is no predetermined curriculum. You bring what is happening in your business, including the questions, decisions and situations you want to discuss. At the beginning of each session, we identify what is most important to address and prioritize the conversation accordingly.
EXPECT DIRECT, EXPERIENCE BASED GUIDANCE
Mentoring is more advisory than coaching. Your mentor can share relevant experiences, lessons learned and practical observations and, where appropriate, offer direct guidance grounded in their own business experience.
USE YOUR MENTOR AS A SOUNDING BOARD
Sometimes the value is not in being given an answer, but in being able to test an idea, discuss a concern or explore a decision openly with someone who understands the realities of business ownership.
THE RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPS OVER TIME
As your mentor gets to know you and your business, conversations can build on previous discussions and provide continuity as new challenges, decisions and opportunities arise.
Mentoring Session Structure
Online or in person
Mentoring is available online for clients wherever they are, or in person for clients who prefer a face to face mentoring experience in Dubai.
Online and in person mentoring are offered as separate options, with different pricing to reflect the additional time and logistics involved in delivering sessions in person.
In person mentoring is subject to availability and agreed location arrangements.
YOUR MENTORING SESSION
Each mentoring session is 75 minutes.
You are welcome to bring several questions or discussion points. We will establish the priorities at the beginning of the session and work through as much as can be meaningfully addressed within the time available. Topics that require further discussion can continue in your next session.

MENTORING IS DESIGNED TO DEVELOP OVER TIME
Business mentoring begins with a four session program, giving your mentor time to understand you, your business and the situations you are navigating while allowing each conversation to build on the last.

Four private mentoring sessions to be used within three months.
Bring the questions, decisions, challenges and opportunities you are encountering as you build and run your business. Each session builds on the understanding developed throughout the mentoring relationship.

Join your sessions online from wherever you are.
In Person Mentoring, Dubai
Meet your mentor face to face at an agreed location in Dubai. In person mentoring is priced separately to reflect the additional time and logistics involved.
CONTINUE THE RELATIONSHIP
After completing your initial program, you can choose to continue with ongoing mentoring.
One 75 minute session each month gives you regular access to your mentor as new decisions, challenges and opportunities emerge.
Ongoing mentoring is available online or in person in Dubai, with each format priced separately.
